I already know Spanish:
Hola, Adios, Gracias, and Te Quiero.

So lets start with
1. French
Hello - Bonjour,
Goodbye - Au Revoir!
Thank You - Merci,
I Love You - Je t'aime

How about
2. Greek
Hello - γειά σου -sounds like yah-zool,  
Goodbye - αντίο - sounds like ant-ee-o,  
Thank You - σας ευχαριστώ - sounds like sas ef-car-i-stoe
I Love You - Σε αγαπώ - sounds like se a-ga-poe
